  • Rental Car Information: Rental cars are accessible both on and offsite. Given the proximity of the venue to the airport and local conveniences in Salt Lake City, many attendees find Uber to be a convenient option.
  • Accommodation Options: The best hotel options for attendees are located in Lehi and Sandy, offering convenience and proximity to the event venue.
  • Specific Recommendations: Closer to the event date, we will provide specific hotel recommendations to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

What To Wear

We recommend adopting a “business casual” attire, leaning more towards the “casual” side for comfort. Jeans paired with a polo, button-down, or blouse are perfect for event days. Additionally, as we will be going offsite for dinner each evening, we suggest bringing a light jacket to keep warm during our nighttime outings. This will ensure you remain comfortable and enjoy the experience fully, regardless of the destination’s evening chill.

Meal Planning

We’ve got your meals covered – from breakfast to dinner, including snacks in between. Our menu caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. Should you have any food sensitivities not addressed in your registration, please contact in advance to ensure we accommodate your needs.
