Location

The Museum of Contemporary Art

This beautiful venue is a 30-minute drive from San Diego International Airport, with many attendees opting for Uber.

Parking Info

The Museum of Contemporary Art will be closed to the public during our event. As a result, valet parking will not be available.

However, there are several all-day parking lots within 2-3 blocks of the Museum. There is also free two-hour street parking in front of the Museum and on nearby cross streets. Free parking no longer has a time restriction after 6pm.

Travel Information

  • Flight Information: The nearest commercial airport is San Diego International Airport, approximately 30 minutes from the event venue in La Jolla. The nearest private airport is McClellan-Palomar in Carlsbad. It is also approximately 30 minutes from the event venue.
  • Rental Car Information: Rental cars are accessible at both airports on and offsite. Given the proximity of the venue to each airport, many attendees find Uber to be a convenient option.
  • Accommodation Options: The best hotel options for attendees are located in and around La Jolla near the event venue. While we do not have a reserved hotel block, recommended accommodations nearby include: La Valencia Hotel, Hotel La Jolla (Hilton), Hyatt Regency La Jolla, Inn By The Sea, La Jolla Cove Hotel & Suites

What To Wear

We recommend adopting a “business casual” attire, leaning more towards the “casual” side for comfort. Jeans paired with a polo, button-down, or blouse are perfect for event days. Additionally, we will be eating dinner at the coast each night, so we suggest bringing a light jacket to keep warm during our nighttime outings. This will ensure you remain comfortable and enjoy the experience fully, regardless of the destination’s evening chill.

Meal Planning

We’ve got your meals covered – from breakfast to dinner, including snacks in between. Our menu caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. Should you have any food sensitivities not addressed in your registration, please contact membership@aimavericks.ai in advance to ensure we accommodate your needs.
